Otto's Revenge is an indie rock band with strong punk influences that was originally active in the St. Louis music scene from 1989 to 1997. When the band reunited in 2014, filmmaker Ashley Seering began capturing footage that would later be worked into a documentary on the band Shut Up I’m Thinking – The Otto’s Revenge Story. The film was produced between 2014 and 2016 and released October 1, 2016. 

 

The film premiered at Otto’s Revenge record release show for the record "Shut Up I'm Thinking" on October 1, 2016, at the Heavy Anchor. The film also was featured at Rude Festival, on April 2, 2017.
